Active Ingredients:
- Sodium Bicarbonate
- Sodium Chloride
- Open one saline packet to the rinse bottle and fill with purified or distilled water to the 240mL line.
- Lean forward with your head slightly tilted down and your mouth open.
- Squeeze the bottle gently so the solution flows into one nostril and out the other.
- Repeat on the opposite side. Use approximately half the solution per nostril.
